During Shabbat Services on January 11, 2019, Salma's painting "The Path" was introduced to the public at Beth Shalom on 849 W 96th Street in Indianapolis, Indiana 46260.
"The Path" contains a verse from the Quran which can be translated as "Call to the Path of God with Wisdom and Beautiful Preaching" (16:125).
Beth Shalom invited representatives of Muslim and Christian congregations and organizations to join in the ceremony to emphasize the common ground between the Abrahamic religions and the Congregation's commitment to peace between all nations and races and faiths.
